The name of this jacket is approximately how the French would pronounce 'The Parker', a well known coat style that has military origins and made famous in 1960's Britain. In french the words also sound like "By heart" and this lovely jacket is very much an affair of the heart! It comes with a Merino wool tweed lined hood and soft French Nubuck leather trim and is fully waterproof. It's longer than our classic Robin hood style. This one is 36". Which is sort of mid thigh length ish ! The beautiful 2 ply wax cotton is provided by Halley Stevensons of Dundee, Scotland, The Tweed is from Lovat Mill in Hawick, Scotland and the leather is from Tanneries Pechdo of France.
You can buy it with a choice of options. As well as the classic option here, (2 layers of 2 ply cotton), optional extras are as follows
Made fully from Ventile inner and outer £1279
Ventile lining only £1029
With Merino wool padding (insulation) +£200
With Pure Goosedown insulation +£400
