Stanley Harris or Merino Tweed Quilt - Waterproof

This Luxury Tweed quilt jacket is available in 50 tweeds. It is made either from a traditional, Harris Tweed, or from a soft merino wool tweed, supplied to us by Lovat Mill of Hawick, Scotland.

The lining is the excellent Ventile fabric which is a water resistant two ply long staple cotton and the best fabric in the world for outerwear. Combination of the inner and the outer fabric means that you have the most breathable water repellent and warm quilt that you will ever own

The collar is made from finest quality cowbelly Nubuck leather supplied to us by Tanneries Pechdo of France.

To continue the full natural fibre theme, the wadding/padding sandwiched between the outer and the lining is a150 gram down touch filling supplied Lavalan of Germany and made from Merino wool. 

There are two lower pockets and an upper pocket although you can change this configuration if you prefer. Internally there are two pockets one with a zip and one with the pocket flap. The back of the coat has a double vent
