This is the only authentic Loden fabric on the market and you will find it is only used by very high-end brands. Most of what you see is a mixture of wool and polyester and it doesn't really do what this fabric is supposed to do.  Loden has been around for more than 300 years and traditionally used in the mountains by Austrian herdsmen. Known for its fantastic warmth and water repellent properties. Keep warm and dry naturally!
