The two-ply cotton we use develops a rich dry wax patina — a texture and depth of character that comes from the way the fabric is woven and finished. Unlike traditional heavy waxed cloths, this dry wax treatment creates a softer, lighter feel while still providing protection from wind and light rain.

Remarkably, despite its waxed nature, the coat is machine washable, making it easy to care for and practical for everyday use.
