The Hemisphere is our four-pocket winter jacket built for serious cold-weather comfort, combining the finest heritage cloth with modern natural performance. It is insulated with 150g pure goose down and lined in Ventile, creating a jacket that feels calm, breathable and exceptionally warm — without relying on synthetic membranes.

Outer Cloth: Extra-Fine Merino Tweed

The outer fabric is an extra-fine Merino wool tweed woven by Lovat Mill (Hawick, Scotland), finished with a water-repellent treatment. We offer a wide selection of tweeds in this quality, allowing you to create a truly personal jacket.

If you prefer the feel of traditional heavyweight tweed, there is also a heavier version available. The lighter Merino tweed has the handle of a tweed sports jacket, while the heavier cloth feels more like an overcoat.

This jacket can also be made for the same price in our excellent Austrian Loden (80% extra-fine Merino wool / 20% alpaca), supplied by Leichtfried (Austria).

Ventile Lining + Pure Goosedown Insulation

The jacket is lined in Ventile and insulated with 150g pure goose down supplied by Thindown. The result is a rare combination: heritage tailoring, natural comfort, and genuine winter performance.
