Pure Goose down lightweight Jacket

The Pure Goose Down Lightweight Jacket is designed for exceptional warmth without unnecessary bulk, combining a refined silhouette with serious cold-weather performance. Light in weight, waterproof in construction and luxurious in finish, it is a highly versatile winter jacket for both town and country.

Both the outer shell and inner shell are made from waterproof microfibre supplied by Olmetex of Lake Como, Italy, one of the leading specialists in this type of performance fabric. The result is a jacket that feels remarkably light and comfortable to wear while still offering dependable protection from wet and cold conditions.

The insulation is a 150g pure goose down filling using innovative Thindown technology, sourced from the Italian company’s Italian-Canadian venture. Unlike conventional down jackets, where stitched baffles can create cold spots, this construction sandwiches the goose down evenly between lightweight protective tissue layers. This allows the warmth to remain consistent throughout the garment while keeping the profile clean and elegant.

To elevate the jacket beyond standard technical outerwear, it is beautifully trimmed with merino wool tweed from Lovat Mill of Scotland, while the nubuck leather is supplied by Tanneries Pechdo of France. These natural luxury materials give the jacket a distinctive character and a richer, more crafted appearance.

A concealed packaway down-filled hood is neatly stored inside the collar, adding further protection when needed without disturbing the clean line of the jacket when not in use. This is a practical feature that makes the design especially useful for changing weather and travel.

The jacket is warm, highly protective and comfortable in very low temperatures, performing down to approximately -25°C. Unlike many down jackets, it is also fully waterproof, making it an unusually capable piece of outerwear for winter conditions.

Several colour options are available, and you may also specify your preferred lining colour. The lining can be made to match the outer, or in a tonal or contrasting shade, allowing for a more personal finish.
