Drawing on more than 20 years of designing high-end functional ski clothing, this jacket is our natural-fibre alternative to the sea of polyester-based ski wear. It is a fully functioning ski jacket, designed for serious use on the mountain while offering the comfort, tactility and individuality that define English Utopia.

The outer fabric is made from Loro Piana Clima Concept — a remarkable 2-layer bonded 100% New Zealand Superfine Merino wool. This gives the jacket a very different character from conventional ski shells: quieter, more refined, and far more luxurious to wear, while still delivering the protection and functionality required for real winter conditions. It is totally waterproof and windproof

The lining it's made from a soft two ply 100% cotton we buy from Halley Stevensons in Scotland it gives a very luxurious feel. The cotton also has a water repellent finish so that even if you have the jacket open and you get snow on the lining it will just fall off. The inner collar, the inside of the hood and the inside of the pockets are all lined with black 100% cashmere. And the inner sleeve cuffs are also offering a luxurious knitted storm cuff in cashmere

The result is a ski jacket that feels technical without feeling synthetic — weatherproof, breathable and built with the kind of materials more often associated with fine tailoring than mountain clothing.
