The Blake Summer is a lightweight, unlined waxed cotton jacket designed specifically for spring and summer travel, when protection from the elements is needed without weight or bulk.

Weighing just 350 grams, this showerproof jacket is made from 100% waxed cotton with a beautifully soft, fluid handle. It’s the kind of fabric that feels immediately comfortable to wear and improves further with use. The cloth is a high-quality two-ply cotton, sourced from Halley Stevensons of Dundee — chosen not for price, but because they remain the benchmark for waxed cotton in the world.

The jacket is unlined and constructed using French seam methods, meaning the interior is exceptionally clean and refined, with no exposed overlocking. This approach keeps the jacket light, breathable, and visually elegant inside and out.

The design is inspired by an original 1930s hunting jacket, reinterpreted for modern wear. Practicality is central to the Blake:
